See’s Weekly Hot Picks featuring Sounds of the City, Adele, Richard Ashcroft and more!

Good afternoon all, welcome to See Tickets’ weekly hot picks. Check out some of the amazing tours that have been announced, they’re all going on sale this week. We’ve got some great things to shout about, so enjoy!


Sounds of the City is back next summer taking over Manchester’s Castlefield Bowl in June and July 2017.  Some of the most acclaimed live artists and shows including Richard Ashcroft, Haçienda Classical, A Beautiful Day Out featuring The Levellers and The Waterboys, James, and Blossoms will be taking the helm of what has become a staple part of the summer Manchester music scene.

Following sold out shows and festival performances including Isle Of Wight Festival as well as international shows in Japan, Chile, Argentina and Mexico, Richard Ashcroft sees out 2016 in grand style with the announcement of new arena dates for April 2017 and a very special outdoor show at Castlefield Bowl next summer. Richard will be back to perform in Glasgow, Birmingham and Leeds before a headline outdoor show at Manchester’s Castlefield Bowl as part of Sound Of The City.

Global Superstar Adele announces she will be completing her World Tour with two nights – Thursday 29th June and Saturday July 1st in her hometown of London. With worldwide sales of over 21 million copies of her latest album “25”, the multiple Brit, Grammy, Oscar and Golden Globe winner, will conclude her spectacular tour with two homecoming shows at London’s iconic Wembley Stadium.

Kiss have extended their 2017 European tour, adding dates in the UK in May. The UK run will see the band take their Kissworld tour to Glasgow’s SSE Hydro, Birmingham Barclaycard Arena, Manchester Arena and London’s O2 Arena between 27th – 31st May.

Teenage Cancer Trust at the Royal Albert Hall returns for its 17th year and is set to be another special one – welcoming Olly Murs, one of Britain’s biggest popstars, Modfather and valued Teenage Cancer Trust supporter Paul Weller, the brilliant Pet Shop Boys, with guitar legend Johnny Marr and the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra, and some of Britain’s best-loved comedians – hosted by Romesh Ranganathan, with guests Jo Brand and Kevin Bridges, plus more big names to be announced.

The Australian Pink Floyd Show returns in 2017 with a new set of Pink Floyd songs – ‘The Best Side Of The Moon’, incorporating a full performance of what many would call the most iconic rock album of all time. Performing the music of Pink Floyd with note for note perfection, this critically acclaimed tribute show has been astonishing audiences worldwide.

Pop-superstar Olly Murs announces a string of outdoor shows for next summer. 2016 has been an incredible year for Olly which has seen him celebrate his fourth successive No.1 album ’24 HRS’ on top of the announcement of a huge arena tour in 2017.

Rock legend Bryan Adams has announced outdoor concerts in the UK as part of his world tour next year in support of his thirteenth studio album ‘Get Up’,Produced by ELO frontman Jeff Lynne and co-written with his long-time collaborator Jim Vallance.
