8 Reasons To Take Part In Kids Week

8. It's the perfect opportunity to introduce the younger members of your family to the magic of live Theatre.


Kids Week is all about encouraging young people to get involved in theatre. A child aged 16 or under can go free to any participating show when accompanied by an adult paying full price. Adults can also purchase up to two extra children’s tickets at half price. Plus, there are no booking fees to pay!

7. There are a ton of additional stagey activities taking place as well as shows.

In addition to our amazing Kids Go Free deal, the shows have also organised a range of FREE exciting activities in celebration of Kids Week. These activities are all free to take part in when you purchase show tickets as part of a Show & Activity Package. Singing lessons, back stage tours, workshops - you name it!

6. There's no better way to round off your summer than by seeing an amazing show.

The Kids Week deal is valid for selected performances between 1 - 31 August 2017. It used to be just one week long (hence the name!) but has grown and grown in popularity and now runs for the whole of August.

Everyone's favourite musical, Wicked is taking part which means your whole family can enjoy the wonderful magic of Elphaba, Glinda and Boq. Now in its eleventh smash hit year and already the 17th longest running show in London theatre history, this spectacular musical continues to entertain audiences with its stunning fusion of music, magic, artistry and enchantments.

3. There are plenty of shows suitable for younger audiences taking part.

Fantastic Mr Fox, Adventures In Wonderland, What The Ladybird Heard, The Hunting of the Snark, Gangsta Granny and Horrible Histories - to name a few. For Kids Week, no child is too young to enjoy the unforgettable experience of live theatre.

The perfect musical for kids of all ages returns to London's west end - with everybody's favorite comedienne Miranda Hart starring as Miss Hannigan. You know the classic story... Annie is forced to live a life of misery at Miss Hannigan's orphanage. Her luck changes when she's chosen to spend a fairytale Christmas with famous billionaire, Oliver Warbucks. Now your family can rediscover the magic of Annie this August.
