Enjoy an exciting weekend for you and your little ones at Gloworm Festival! Catering for children aged 0-13 years, Gloworm Festival encourages families to play and have fun in a safe environment, focusing on creative experiences, music, entertainment, workshops and theatre production.
Set in its new location at the beautiful Thoresby Park in Nottinghamshire, just a few miles from the old site, these scenic grounds will see the likes of well-loved ‘Peppa Pig’ and ‘PJ Masks’ performing on the Main Stage this year. Also joining them will be some of the best musical tribute acts, including ‘Little Mix’, ‘Daft Punk’, ‘Amy Winehouse’ and ‘Queen’! Not only this Johnny and the Raindrops will be rocking out in their finest pirate gear, whilst Dr Ranj will be setting up his Teddy Bear hospital.
For another year, the festival welcomes back it’s fantastic areas and zones as loved from previous years, such as ‘The Great Outdoors’ in which children can meet the friendly inhabitants of ‘White Post Farm’ and challenge their climbing skills at ‘Clip and Climb’ Nottingham. Whilst over in ‘The Bazaar’, imagination and magic comes to life; whether that be in the fabulous ‘The Circus’ and ‘The Trapeze Show', where a humane all-human show will put on some incredible tricks; meeting wonderful mermaids and creating impressive sandcastles on ‘The Beach’; or seek some thrill at the Victorian Fairground.
This year’s event is sponsored by the toy giant ‘Playmobil UK’ who will be showcasing some exciting new products as well as hosting meet and greets with their characters across the weekend!
An entry ticket covers the cost of all entertainment – there are no hidden extras! To help spread the cost over the coming months, you can now secure festival and camping tickets for this year with a deposit and even pay in installments. Early bird tickets are now on sale – but only until the end of February, so grab them quick!
