The Global Awards 2018 will see one of the leading media and entertainment groups, Global, bring together some of the UK's most loved radio stations; including Capital, Captial XTRA, Heart, Classic FM and Radio X. Together these radio stations reach over 31 million people a week, so what better way than to celebrate their achievements with awards that reflect the music, programmes and news aired on each station.

Reportedly the biggest selling solo classical artist of all time with over 80 million worldwide album sales, Bocelli has performed to four US Presidents, two Popes and many Royal families across the world; his voice is to be heard to be believed.
This Maestro has also had countless music awards to his name over the past 25 years of music, including three Classical BRIT awards and a Billboard Latin Music Lifetime Achievement Award, and his nomination for Best Classical Artist at The Global Awards could be another for his collection.
His last record 'Cinema' features renditions and scores from the movies and included stunning duets with Ariana Grande and Nicole Scherzinger, and went onto reach number three in the UK album charts! He's also recently collaborated with singer-songwriter sensation Ed Sheeran for a classic spin on his single 'Perfect'.
