Music

Gary Numan

Locations:

Coventry // Birmingham

September 1979 Gary Numan began his first ever tour around the UK. He’ll be celebrating the 40 years of life, career and touring that have unfolded since then this September/October with the (R)evolution Tour.

 

 

Dreadzone

Locations:

Wolverhampton

One of the most powerful live bands to emerge from the post-rave scene, Dreadzone have refined and perfected their unique, inimitable take on dub. They perform at Newhampton Arts Centre, Wolverhampton this December.

 

 

Caravan Palace

Locations:

Birmingham

Earlier this year, Parisian electronic alchemists Caravan Palace announced the release of their new sonically explosive album 'Chronologic'  for August 30th, followed by a tour in early 2020 including a Birmingham show.

 

 

Dermot Kennedy

Locations:

Birmingham

The Irish singer-songwriter is set to release his debut album, 'Without Fear' on the 27th September this year. This will be followed by a UK tour including a show at O2 Academy in Birmingham.

 

 

Spector

Locations:

Coventry // Birmingham

Spector made a surprise return with new single 'I Won't Wait' earlier this year. It was the first piece of new material from the five piece in 2019, as well as the announcement of a huge autumn tour.

 

 

Jess Glynne

Locations:

Wolverhampton

Global superstar Jess Glynne will perform at Wolverhampton Racecourse on 31st August, bringing her instantly recognisable stardust and powerhouse vocals for what promises to be a highly enjoyable summer concert.

 

 

Mac De Marco

Locations:

Birmingham

Mac DeMarco released his brand new album in May, 'Here Comes the Cowboy' - the debut release on Mac's Record Label, and announced a UK tour for November this year, including a show at O2 Academy Birmingham.

 

 

Pale Waves

Locations:

Birmingham

Following the release of their critically acclaimed debut album, 'My Mind Makes Noises' released in September last year, Pale Waves announced a UK tour including a show at O2 Academy Birmingham on 24th September.

 

 

Sigrid

Locations:

Birmingham

Sigrid is heading out on her biggest headline tour to date commencing this November, performing at huge regional venues including O2 Academy Birmingham on Monday 2nd December.

 

 

Scouting for Girls

Locations:

Birmingham

Scouting For Girls have confirmed a headline tour for Winter 2019. 'The Trouble With Boys' tour will see the band play legendary venues such as O2 Academy Birmingham this November.

Comedy

Dave Gorman

Locations:

Dudley

Dave Gorman, the man behind Dave TV's hit show 'Modern Life Is Goodish' is back on the road with a brand new live show. He'll be performing at Dudley Town Hall on Thursday 31st October.

 

 

David Baddiel

Locations:

Dudley // Birmingham

Following his five star Olivier-nominated hit 'My Family: Not The Sitcom' and the return to number one of his seminal football anthem 'Three Lions', David Baddiel comes back to the stage with a brand new one-man show.

 

 

Fern Brady

Locations:

Birmingham

The Scottish stand-up comedian and writer is heading out on a huge UK tour this September and October. Her tour includes a date at The Glee Club in Birmingham on Friday 4th October.

 

 

Russell Howard

Locations:

Birmingham

Following the record-breaking success of his 2017 tour 'Round The World', Russell Howard returns with his biggest globe-spanning stand-up tour to date. He'll be in Birmingham on 18th and 22nd September.
