Summer is finally here and there are so many fun events happening throughout the next few months that we've compiled together a list of some of our favourites... This summer, Wakehurst, Kew’s wild botanic garden in Sussex, will be brought alive by a symphony of sounds. Six striking large-scale installations situated across the landscape will delicately and playfully inspire a greater connection to nature. Journey through the wild gardens and find a new dimension to the term 'surround sound' as the natural noises of the gardens are amplified and explored by award-winning sound artists. PLUS Enjoy a vibrant evening of live performances, botanical cocktails, open-air cooking and spoken word at their after-hours event on specific days. Tickets here.

London Zoo is staying open later this July for adult-only sessions where you can discover wonderful wildlife in a relaxed, child-free environment. Carfest & Retro Carfest

Street Food Social encompasses seven of the finest street food traders in South Wales - traders still to be announced! The event will have socially distanced tables and a fully licensed bar, plus all of the seating will be covered and DEPOT will be hosting the events in three-hour sessions with plenty of sanitising stations dotted around.

If you want to treat your dog to an extra special day out, love walking alongside like-minded dog lovers and making new friends (both human and four-legged), then the Big Dog Walk is the perfect day out for you.
