We're back once again with 'On Rotation With See Tickets' and return with another array of the fantastic songs we simply cannot get enough of this month.
Featuring hits from both Alex Cameron and CMAT's respective brand new albums, an all-time classic from Primal Scream, a soundscape shift from Royal Blood and many more - throw on your headphones and delve into our collective 'on repeat' below.
CMAT - Every Bottle (Is My Boyfriend)
'If My Wife New I'd Be Dead' is the magnificent debut album from Ciara Mary-Alice Thompson AKA CMAT and is already on track to be one of the stand-out releases from 2022. Packed with country tones and ballads that can easily be pictured alongside big bands and a full stage show, there are plenty of highlights and instantly gripping hits from the full-length record including 'Every Bottle (Is My Boyfriend)' and 'I Don't Really Care For You' - which also features on our 'On Rotation' playlist!
CMAT is heading out across the UK later this year! Grab your tickets here.
Alex Cameron - K Hole
Taken from Australian singer-songwriter Alex Cameron's latest album, 'Oxy Music', 'K Hole' is one of the stand-out tracks from the record and one that we have loved since its initial release at the start of the month. With bulging synths and '80s inspired vocals, 'K Hole' could have easily been plucked from an INXS or WHAM! record, but this is what makes Alex Cameron one of the most beloved songwriters - his playful lyricism ties the track together perfectly and brilliantly celebrates his return.
Catch Alex Cameron at a venue near you next month!
Tiny Moving Parts - Applause
Minnesota math-rockers Tiny Moving Parts are a band we've been intrigued by for a long time - most notably since the release of 2015 album 'Celebrate'. However, it is 'Applause' from 2018's 'Swell' that we have been rinsing over the past month! We were lucky to catch TMP live at Nottingham's Bodega back in 2018 where they opened with 'Applause' and it has been on our minds ever since! With a headline tour lined up for later this year, we can't wait to see what they pull out of the bag this time around!
Tiny Moving Parts return to the UK this spring - pick up remaining tickets here.
Primal Scream - Loaded
What can we say about 'Loaded' that hasn't been said before? One of the all time greats and even now - more than 30 years on - it is still regularly heard in clubs, across the radio and playlisted by millions of adoring Primal Scream fans around the world. As the evenings get lighter and we gradually approach festival season, it comes as no surprise that 'Loaded' has been one of our earworms across the past few weeks and the projected heatwave (don't want to jinx it) will be the perfect backdrop to keeping the huge anthem on repeat.
Primal Scream celebrate their iconic 'Screamadelica' album at venues around the country this summer! Make sure you're there to hear it live by grabbing tickets here.
Royal Blood - Million and One
Returning with a more electronic, stadium-filling sound than that on their in-your-face-rock debut and sophomore efforts, Royal Blood's 'Typhoons' changed the game for them when released last year. Almost a year on, we are still finding ourselves returning to 'Typhoons' and in particular 'Million and One' when scrolling through Spotify on the hunt for huge tracks for all occasions.
Royal Blood kick off their arena tour this week! Pick up remaining tickets here.
