This year the Queen will be celebrating The Platinum Jubilee after 70 fabulous years of service. So, it’s only right that we all celebrate her historic reign over the bank holiday weekend from 2nd to 5th June! There are numerous events taking place all over the UK, but here are a handful of our favourite things to do for the Queen’s Jubilee weekend.

Meadowlands is a new festival in Nottingham, the new event will feature a variety of music acts across three stages including a BBC Introducing stage curated by local radio legend Dean Jackson. Temple Newsam Shows

This Jubilee Bank Holiday at Temple Newsam, Leeds see Classic Ibiza bring the party vibes, while You Me At Six celebrate 10 years of their classic album ‘Sinners Never Sleep’ on Wednesday. The Music return to the stage for a special one-off hometown reunion show on Thursday, before the return of the UK’s top pop-punk festival Slam Dunk on Friday. Finally, a brand-new outdoor festival hits Leeds in the form of Live at Leeds in the Park on Saturday.

Creamfields, one of the world’s biggest electronic promoters, revealed plans for an all-new 50,000 capacity two-day camping festival in 2022 which will see them bring their award-winning festival South! Taking over the stunning Grade II listed Hylands Park with the iconic Hylands villa as its backdrop, you can see Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Becky Hill, Eric Prydz and many more!
Liam Gallagher

Liam Gallagher is set to play a very special homecoming gig at The Etihad Stadium next month! His third solo album ‘C’mon You Know’ is due for release 27th May, and he has already released two singles from the album; ‘Better Days’, and ‘Everything’s Electric’ which features Dave Grohl. Come hear the new songs live, and catch Goat Girl and The Charlatans who will be joining Gallagher. This isn’t a show you’ll want to miss. Grab tickets while you still can!

First coming to public attention as a guest vocalist on Chase & Status' 2016 track 'When It All Goes Wrong', Tom has since come into his own with a gritty-voiced mix of soulful pop and indie-folk. You can catch Tom Grennan as he plays in his hometown of Bedford on Saturday 4th June!
Madness Cardiff Castle
