Youth Sector

When? Wednesday 25 October

Brighton five-piece art-rock outfit Youth Sector deliver an agitated, robotic sound “packed with witty barbs and boopy bits” (DORK Magazine). The band’s releases to date have received critical praise from the likes of DIY Magazine, DORK, Gigwise, Jack Saunders (BBC Radio 1), Tom Robinson (BBC 6 Music) and more. Having supported the likes of Kaiser Chiefs, Darwin Deez, Goat Girl, Our Girl, King Nun, Gaffa Tape Sandy, Walt Disco and The Pale White, Youth Sector’s blistering energy is palpable in their live performance, “with swagger to match bands ten times their size” (DIY).

Crywank

Crywank are an indie folk-punk duo hailing from Manchester, UK, comprising of James Clayton and Dan Watson. The duo have been captivating audiences with their raw and emotionally charged music since their formation in 2009, just recently releasing latest single 'Don't Listen to This Song'. Crywank's music delves deep into the human experience, tackling themes of love, anxiety, and self-reflection with unfiltered honesty. Tickets on sale now!

Beans On Toast

When? Thursday 23 November 2023

To celebrate the release of his new album 'The Toothpaste And The Tube' out on 1st December 2023, Beans on Toast is heading out on a UK tour, including a show at The Boileroom! Recently presenting the albums first single 'The Golden Lion', it's a paean to the magic and mythologies to be unearthed in the institution that is the Great British pub. Based on a real public house and venue of the same name in Todmorden, West Yorkshire.

Cucamaras

When? Wednesday 29 November 2023

One of Nottingham’s hottest prospects, Cucamaras have been making waves with their definitive, genre-spanning sound that incorporates elements of post-punk, indie and art pop to create something remarkable and unique. 2022 saw the band release their debut EP ‘Soft Soap’ which garnered rapturous praise from BBC Radio 1, NME, Clash and more, cementing their place as an outfit to watch. Named as one of NME’s 100 Essential Artists for 2023, Cucamaras returns with new ep 'Buck Rogers Time'. Catch them at The Boileroom this November.

Ian Mcnabb

When? Friday 1 December 2023

Previously the frontman of The Icicle Works, British singer-songwriter Ian McNabb has since embarked on a solo career, performing with Ringo Starr, Neil Young/Crazy Horse, Mike Scott, and Danny Thompson of folk band Pentangle. His solo work is marked by its poetic lyricism, introspective themes, and a willingness to experiment with various musical genres, including rock, folk, and blues.

Tom A. Smith

When? Saturday 2nd December 2023

Tom A. Smith is set to embark on his debut headline tour this winter! He has spent the last few years touring around the UK supporting the likes of The Courteeners and Miles Kane and playing festivals such as Glastonbury. Tom’s passionate vocals intertwined with his powerful sound showcases a true talent on the rise from the North East.
