There’s 20 days to go until Taste of London returns to their sundrenched spot in Regent’s Park for five days of next level feasting. And boy have they got a lot of deliciousness in store for you…
Joining Roka, Oblix and Kolamba will be contemporary Anatolian Ruya, neighbourhood British cuisine, Rondo, sustainably sourced seafood connoisseurs Faber and returning fan favourite Burger and Lobster. The Uber Eats Daily Specials are back, a chance to sample some of the city’s tastiest new concepts, including Mexican hot spot Santo Remedio and donut specialists Treats Club.
Highlights from the menu of 140+ dishes include Tuna Tartare from Oblix, Wagyu Brisket Bao from Flesh & Buns, Oxtail Brioche from BiBo, Jackfruit-stuffed Roti from Kolamba and Incomparable Lemon Pie from Circolo Popolare. Get hands-on at the festival with a series of interactive food and drink masterclasses and cooking demonstrations. The Cook School with Lee Kum Kee features a star-studded line up, including best-selling author and co-founder of Little Viet Kitchen, Thuy Diem Pham, and winner of Jamie Oliver’s Channel 4, The Great Cookbook Challenge, Dominique Woolf.
The BBQ Cook School is back with another exciting collection of masterclasses from live fire expert and chef, Genevieve Taylor and Taste of London veteran and co- founder of Hoppers, Karan Gokani.
Turn up the heat at The Fire Pit with Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, where a host of flame-licked BBQ demonstrations take centre stage. This year’s A-list includes restaurateur and BBQ extraordinaire, Ben Tish, British Afghan BBQ live fire pit master, Mursal Saiq, and Michelin-starred Andy Beynon.
